Inside an enclave that is the foundation of the Salford railway viaduct, two budding entrepreneurs are plotting their futures. Laying the groundwork for a new wellness enterprise has Mia and Maddison working around the clock. National Rail will lease the 170m/sq units to developers providing they have fully detailed proposals showing how the unit will be occupied. Inside the archway of Unit 9, its walls pre-lined with protective corrugated steel sheeting, our developers are planning to give daily Pilates classes. Time is a thing of essence and construction needs to begin as soon as the leases are negotiated.

In our race against time, we are protected and guided by the spirit of wellness. Mia and Maddison are proactive, well-prepared and uncompromising with their vision.

To meet their expectations, our creative studio recalled previous learning experiences, especially with building regulations, to steer this project through some tight gaps. In this sense, we fully enabled and justified our developers proposals. Notably, they offer a reformer studio with a provision of 10 reformer beds, alongside ancillary functions including a hot room for hot Pilates, sports massage and nail care studio.
